Cheval Blanc Randheli

Randheli · Noonu Atoll

Ultra-Luxury · seaplane · 40 min · $3,000 – $15,000 / night

Cheval Blanc Randheli embodies LVMH's dedication to refined French elegance and exceptional privacy, making it perfect for couples seeking an ultra-exclusive retreat. The resort stands out for its serene atmosphere and exquisite culinary program with five distinct restaurants, reflecting meticulous French technique. Guests here prioritize sophisticated comfort and discreet service over bustling social scenes.

Getting There

A 40-minute seaplane from Malé into Noonu Atoll. Stunning aerial approach over turquoise lagoons. Daylight only — late arrivals spend one night in Malé before continuing the following morning.

Food

LVMH-owned, and the food reflects it. The French culinary influence is present throughout — expect refined techniques, exceptional wine pairings, and a level of precision in the kitchen that matches the price point. One of the finest dining programmes in the Maldives.

The Vibe

Exceptionally quiet and private — LVMH resorts don't do beach clubs or organised entertainment. Guests come for the food, the design, and the silence. A very couples and honeymoon-heavy guest profile. Not for guests who want activity options.

Activities

Activity options are deliberately limited — Cheval Blanc is about indulgence and relaxation rather than organised entertainment. Diving, snorkelling, and water sports are available, but the emphasis is on the spa, the food, and doing very little very well.

The Reef

The house reef wraps around the island with good coral coverage and reliable fish life. Access is direct from the beach or jetty. Guests regularly spot turtles and reef sharks, though the reef is considered solid rather than exceptional compared to Baa Atoll's top performers.

Kids' Club

No dedicated kids' club — Cheval Blanc is primarily a couples and adult-focused resort. Families with young children are accommodated but should expect a curated, adult-led approach rather than a structured children's programme.

What Guests Say

This LVMH owned property offers a French influenced culinary experience across five restaurants, reflecting its luxury brand. The house reef provides good coral coverage and fish life, though access is primarily from the jetty. The resort maintains an exceptionally quiet and private atmosphere, lacking organized entertainment sometimes preferred by more active guests.
